While the clinic may be closed for Doctor visits this coming week of Sept 13 - Sept 19 we will still have reception here from 8:00 - 12 noon for anyone needing charts or prescription refills. So if you need anything you will be able to pick up those things. If you need anything that requires a Doctor please contact Animal Wellness Center at 896-2120. Dr. Blackmore is a wonderful physician and is more than happy to help. While we are looking forward to some downtime we will miss everyone and also look forward to seeing you upon our return. Oh, AND upon our return we will be welcoming a new relief vet by the name of Dr. Wilkerson. He will be filling in a few days here and there and we are very excited to have a new face in our crew. We'll be sure to post more later. Thanks everyone and see you soon.
New signs who dis....
It’s not always puppy kisses and snuggles but some days we do get some cute pups like these and can’t help but give them all the snuggles —-Heartland German Shepherd rescue!!!
Well we have some good news. The board is allowing clinics to reopen with restrictions. So as of Monday, August 17th we will be allowing clients back into the building along the same lines as before. When you arrive at the clinic call reception and we will have you come in one at a time. MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE CLINIC. If you do not wish to wear a mask we can still do curbside. We are allowing one client per animal (unless it is for Euthanasia, then 2.) We are hoping this will make things easier all the way around, not just for our clients but for us too. Dr. Payne has sincerely missed being able to speak with our clients face to face and we are hoping this will help with communication between us and our clients. While things are still crazy, maybe this will help make things a little less so.
With a heavy heart we are having to say goodbye to beloved Hutch. We found out his cancer has progressed quicker than originally thought. He is such a happy and handsome boy, but we have done everything we can for him up to this point. It will not be easy to let him go, and we definitely are not ready for it, but this decision is being made to help his suffering. Please come by the clinic and give him love, treats, and pets. He deserves the best goodbye we can give him, and would like our clients to be apart of it. Heather Hernandez Diana Gandara Fierro -Chrystal, Shiloh, Ruby MUTTMISFITS.

Phone system is getting a reboot, so will be down for about 15 minutes.
It’s not everyday we get to snuggle cute puppies but today was one of those days. #muchneeded #puppylove #rockknoll #puppies
I think it's official.....we will see anything!! This sweet guy was surrendered after having some health issues from someone that thought they wanted one as a pet, it didn't turn out quite like they hoped. But in the interim we got to love, love, love on him. He has moved on to bigger and better things, but thank you so much to a certain rescue for letting us have the opportunity to care for this sweetie.
We love all our boys😍

We have been watching the weather and feel it would be to dangerous to try to have clients or employees try to come in. So for now we will be closing our clinic on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. We should be open our normal hours the following day but will continue to moniter the weather to see how the roads will be. If you should need anything you can call the clinic as the Doctor and I will be here. Be careful everybody and see you soon.
