Seeking an individual (18+years old) for our front desk position at the Mountain View Location. You would be responsible for opening/closing the club, answering phones, greeting members, scheduling customers, and running all aspects of the club. Must be personable, reliable, flexible and very outgoing. Looking for part-time. We are OPEN normal Business hours, Mon-Thurs- 4:30am to 10:30pm Friday 4:30am-9:30pm Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm. Things to know- Per Boulder county, you must wear a face mask when entering and exiting the facility. Face masks must be worn while walking throughout the gym. While you are actively working out a face mask is not mandatory. Saunas are open as of tomorrow July 7th 2020. Locker Rooms and showers are open! We have water bottles to purchase at the club or you may bring you own. No water fountains or water jugs are available in the gym as of now. We are working with our instructors to start up classes this month! Outdoor pool and hot tub are open, you do not have to reserve a time slot to swim. Limit to 20 people in the pool at a time. **Towel service is not being offered at this time Steam Room will be closed until further notice.**

Tomorrow’s the day!!!! Our pool is open. Here’s what you need to know- Outdoor pool is open- Our limit in the pool is 15 people max while still maintaining a social distancing of 6 feet or more at all times. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. We have 2 lap lanes for use and ask you be aware of lap swimmers. You must bring your own towel as this service is unavailable at this time. Hot Tub- max of 2 people at a time in the hot tub unless related and live in the same house hold. No children 10 yrs old or younger in the hot tub. Showers & Lockers- showers are open for use while maintaining social distancing. Some of the lockers are available for use, please use the sanitation wipes provided to wipe out lockers after each use. Saunas and steam room are still not open for use, we will keep you updated on the use of these amenities. ***UPDATE*** Longmont Athletic Club is back open as of June 5th , 2020. We are excited to be open after 80 LONG days of being closed due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. LAC’s used the downtime to deep clean and sanitize all equipment top to bottom to insure the safety of all our members and staff. We also took advantage of the closure to do some much needed repairs/maintenance to several areas of the facility. We can’t wait for you to come in and see what we have done. With guidance from state and local agencies, we are slowly opening in phases with procedures and restrictions that we are required to follow. Please read the guidelines so you understand how we will keep you safe and what will be expected of you. Please continue to check back in with us as we will be adding more amenities as allowed. Phased Opening: We will open up slowly and cautiously with care. We will limit the number of people in our building at a time and ask that you limit your workouts to 1-hour only when we are busy. We have posted the number of people we can have in each room and stress social distancing at all times. Staff Precautions: LAC staff will receive temperature checks every day before work and all staff is asked to wear masks while working. Cleaning: We have deep cleaned our facility and updated our cleaning procedures. Our cleaning protocol is to disinfect all areas of the gym and wipe down our equipment with non-toxic disinfecting solutions every 2-hours throughout the day. We have increased the frequency of our cleaning efforts and are providing gym wipes and sanitizers throughout the gym for everyone to use. We ask that you help out and wipe down anything that you touched during your workout with the products provided. Members Health Check Daily: Members are required to check in and out at the front desk, sign a COVID-19 consent form on their initial visit as well have their temperature checked daily. Anyone that has a temperature greater than 100.4 will be asked to leave and denied access to ensure everyone’s safety. Masks- We are following the guidelines from our local health officials on mask use. While you are not required to wear a mask if actively exercising, we do ask that you wear a mask when walking through our facility. Bathrooms and Locker rooms: Bathrooms and sinks are available for use; however showers will not be open until the pool re-opens. Locker service will not be available at this time due to the Boulder County restrictions in place. HERE IS WHAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING TO THE CLUB WITH YOU: Workout Towel- Towel service will not be provided currently. Water bottle- Drinking fountains are not permitted by Boulder County. We have water and Gatorade to purchase at the club. Here’s what will be unavailable during the “Opening Phase”:  Towel service- small/large  Group exercise classes- classes will be starting in the future  Drinking Fountains  Sauna  Steam room  Kid zone  Checking out basketballs, racquetballs, tennis or racquetball rackets from the front desk. Must bring your own equipment.  Locker use- Daily or monthly POOL /HOT TUB GUIDELINES LAC’s outdoor pool and hot tub are currently closed, but being processed to open in the coming weeks. Please arrive and depart in your bathing suit as locker rooms are open, but locker use is not available at this time. Our limit in the pool is 15 people max while maintaining a social distancing of 6 feet or more at all times. Lap swim is open in the outdoor pool and we ask that you make every effort to avoid pool interactions. The hot tub will have a max number of 2 people at a time unless persons are related and live in the same household. Equipment- Kick boards and noodles will be available, but we do encourage swimmers to bring their own equipment when possible. TENNIS LAC tennis courts indoor/ outdoor are open for usage. We have a limit of 4 people on each court while social distancing of 6-feet must be maintained between all persons. Any equipment used must be properly sanitized and cannot be shared. LAC will only provide ball hoppers on court but we ask that you sanitize them after use with the sanitation products provided. You must bring your own personal equipment (tennis racquet/ balls). Private clinics will be limited to 4 persons, unless teaching outside. Hand sanitizing will be required after every rotation on drills classes. We will no longer be allowed to provide water on court or at the club. We will have water for purchase at the desk, so please plan accordingly. BILLING: All LAC accounts will be reactivated as of opening start date of 6/5/2020. LAC was pro-active and froze member’s accounts as of 4/1/2020-6/4/2020 during our mandated closure. Members that are requesting refunds for the time we were closed in March (3/17/20-3/31/20) or for those that were billed 3/17/2020-3/31/2020 will need to call the club at 303.772.4700 and speak to Laura or Kayti. We are handling credits on a case by case basis for members that are in need. All refunds will be issued within 90-days of 6/5/2020, the date we re-opened. Members that have paid in full contracts we will be extending your expiration date out for 80 days to give you credit for the time we were closed. Members that our on an installment contract, we will be extending your contract expiration date out 80 days in order for you to fulfill your contract obligation. Members that are paying for towel/ locker service will not be charged for the service until restrictions are lifted and we can provide the service. We understand the uncertainty of this situation and concern that some of you might have, but I want to re-assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety while you are here at the club.
