We celebrated a very special birthday today!
Harriet turned 106!
Harriet is a former beautician and loves people playing hymns on her organ.
Harriet says her tips for good living is taking things day by day and eating 3 good meals per day!
Thank you for your tips Harriet!

Summer update: we still donβt have community groups coming into our building but we have community Around!! Thank you to Cardinal Place for all the sidewalk decorations!
Also- observing the butterflies by the Mexican sunflowers and having garden fresh tomatoes for lunch today was awesome!
We're sure you've heard that the Department of Health has given us guidance on starting Essential Caregiver visits in our building. We know you're excited to hear about this (and we're excited too) but please continue to be patient as we work through the long list of guidance and regulations. As much as we'd love to have a big party and invite everyone back to our building, we have to continue to do what is keeping our residents safe and healthy. We know it's hard to wait, but we really appreciate how everyone knows we're working as hard as we can to get this program running. As soon as we have things ready to go, we will let you know! Thank you!

Carris Health

Carris Health Care Center resident, Vicky O. was able to enjoy the weather and safely visit with her daughter and granddaughter this past Friday. New outdoor visitation guidelines began the week of June 22nd, allowing family members and loved ones to connect after many long months apart.
"I am so very happy to be able to see my family in person, even if I can't give them a hug," said Vicky.
And we're thrilled to see the faces (behind masks) of our residents lighting up when they see their friends and family members again!
Our phone are now operating.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
We are currently experiencing issues with our phone line.
If you need to reach us, please call the nursing supervisor at (320) 231-4766
Thank you for your patience!
