Stacey Blind is the Owner and Trainer. She has been teaching Outdoor Boot Camp since March of '08. She is a Certified Boot Camp Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Boot camp is comprised of intense cardiovascular and strength training, kickboxing, running, Plyometrics, agility work, Pilates, ab work and fitness testing. Tabata Boot Camp certified as well. Boot Camps will be held at the Park at Keller Town Hall. We accept credit in person using the square.
