We have made it through the first week of so many changes in protocol and compliance on how we continue to provide the best Veterinary care for our patients. We thank you our clients for the support and patience. We the staff and doctors wish to thank you all for allowing us to keep you and ourselves safe throughout the new curbside service that has developed and evolved so much in a matter of a week. Potentially being exposed to the virus is scary to the team, and because of their dedication, they continue to work hard for every pet. We greatly appreciate Dr Jodi Long for the mask she made. Thank you Margi at K Hov Homes for the donated masks. A very big thank you to the clients who have dropped off the yummy food and goodies!
Sincerely,
Tony Miranda, Practice Manager
First Responders, we are aware that some pets are not receiving the care or medications prescribed because of longer shifts and time spent at the stations or hospitals. As in Hurricane Harvey, we are offering boarding at no charge while space is available. Pets must be current on vaccines and stool tests. Thank you for what you do for us. #lawenforcementdiscount #firstresponderdiscounts #activemilitarydiscount #veteransdiscount

Update 3/25/20, as an essential business we will continue to provide excellent veterinary care for all of our patients. In accordance with Federal, state and local regulations, we will do only curbside service. As always, we will accommodate our senior clients and clients with disabilities. We will ask that you practice the 6 ft rule while in the hospital for the safety of our staff and yours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Update on daily business protocols for our Hospital. In addition to new measure instituted to slow the spread of COVID 19. We are only allowing our senior citizen clients to remain in the hospital for appointments for their pets to safeguard their health and minimize their risk of exposure to the corona virus. As of today we will offer all appointments to drop off to minimize person to person contact for the safety and health of our staff, doctors, and clients in accordance with new city and county ordinance. Should any client decide to wait, we will ask they wait in their car. Prescription refills will be curbside, so expect us to come out and deliver them to you in your car. We are developing tele-medicine for established clients and expect this to be ready within a week or two. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to contribute to slowing down the spread of this virus. Stay safe
