Hello FMC Families. We are back open this morning. Thanks for all the kind messages :) McCarran Boulevard is Closed from Lakeside to Cashill Blvd, but you can come up on the other side. Please plan your travels accordingly. If your kitty is with us, the staff will be picking them up at 8:00am and they will be here soon after. We have evacuated our team and all of our patients. The Caughlin Ranch/Pinehaven Fire is very close to our hospital and we don’t want to risk any lives.
All of the cats in the hospital have been safely transported to a nearby VCA hospital. Someone from our staff will contact you as soon as possible for an update. Rest assured, your pets are safe.
We will return to business as soon as local officials deem it safe.

It's that time of year and we are proud to be sponsoring the Reno Rodeo Denim Drive once again. Many of you know the Reno Rodeo was near and dear to our Medical Director, Dr. Thompson's heart. With your help, we want to make our bin overflow this year!
You can drop off new clothing items: pants, shirts, underwear, socks, and pajamas for infants, youth and teens at our hospital. Financial donations are welcome too. 100% of all donations support the program, which has expanded to include education scholarship opportunities to aging-out foster youth.
