About

Established in 1967 by Dr. James Masloff, Urological Associates is a leading urological practice in the Charlottesville, Virginia, community, treating its residents to expert care for more than 50 years. Since day one, the practice and its team have made it their mission to provide their patients with individualized care in an inviting, compassionate environment where they can feel comfortable.
Urological Associates owes its high standard of care to its founder, Dr. Masloff, who set the bar by connecting with the Charlottesville community beyond his duties as a urologist. Throughout his lengthy career, Dr. Masloff made many medical missions to Uganda and continues to dedicate his time to the urological field today.
Dr. Masloff’s dedication to his patients multiplied when he was eventually joined in 1972 by Dr. William Orr, who helped him grow the thriving practice into what it is today. With the welcome additions of Dr. Robert Osborne, Dr. Julian Fagerli, Dr. Claiborne Whitworth, IV, and Dr. Mark Passarella, Urological Associates is able to detect, treat, and prevent urological diseases with the expertise of five experienced physicians.
In addition to its amazing team, Urological Associates has invested in state-of-the-art medical equipment, new diagnostic testing, and the latest treatment techniques available — including Botox® for urinary incontinence, MonaLisa Touch® to treat vaginal atrophy, and prostate laser surgery — allowing them to provide the best treatment for every patient.
At Urological Associates, patient satisfaction and comfort are a top priority. To schedule an appointment or learn more about the services they offer, call or book an appointment online today.
