We have been receiving many calls regarding the possibility of a Shelter in Place order and what that may mean for oil delivery.
Please know that we are following the guidance of the US Department of Homeland Security and other local and federal agencies regarding this issue. All essential businesses are allowed to conduct business as usual during a shelter in place and state of emergency.
As a home energy provider, we are considered an ESSENTIAL business and will retain operation of all normal delivery routes. Automatic delivery customers will continue to receive deliveries as anticipated.
Thank you for your continued understanding during this unprecedented time! Please reach out with any questions, comments or concerns.
All the best,
Twin City Fuel and The Terho Family
Be sure to call for a delivery once your tank reaches 1/4 to allow ample time to schedule a delivery and reduce the risk of reaching empty!
Or, set up an automatic delivery with our office and let our algorithm monitor your estimated usage - we will deliver once the computer tells us you have reached approximately 1/4 tank!
Temperatures are set to reach near-freezing for the second night in a row. It's getting to be that time of year again- keep an eye on your oil levels and call us at 1/4 tank to schedule a delivery! Don't get left in the cold!
We will be closed tomorrow, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. Thank you to all those working hard every day! A special thanks to our our amazing team: Jay, John, Debbie and Angie!

To our loyal customers,
In these scary and unpredictable times - we realize that there have been many changes to our daily norms and regular schedules. The health and well-being of our community is our top priority, and staying warm and comfortable is an important part of that. As people work from home and children are home from school, you may be using more heat and hot water than you otherwise would this time of year. Although spring is right around the corner, we encourage you to keep an eye on your oil levels and contact us as soon as you are low to avoid a loss of heat and hot water.

Fall is in full swing! Give us a call before the cold nights creep in 🥶
Twin City Fuel will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th for Thanksgiving! Please plan ahead this upcoming week for your home heating needs! Happy Holidays! 🦃🥧🍽
The weekend forecast is calling for low temperatures in the teens and twenties and SNOW❄️ ! Don't get caught in the cold - check your tank levels now and call for a fill before the chilly weekend is here! 🥶
Snow totals are continuing to climb! ❄ Please keep the following in mind if you are expecting a delivery:
- Drivers will be using their best judgment when it comes to safety. If they feel your road or driveway is impassable, your delivery may be delayed.
- Please shovel a path to your fill! If the delivery drivers cannot reach your fill, they cannot make the delivery.
Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation! Stay warm! 💚
Those in need can pick up free grocery gift cards and supplies this Saturday, January 23rd from 9-12 (or as supplies last) at the Fitchburg Art Museum courtesy of ReImagine North of Main and the Cathedral Fund.

Be sure to shovel a path to your fill for Jay, John and Daniel this winter! Trudging through snow can be both exhausting and dangerous - keep us in mind when you're out cleaning up the snow!
