The fire apparatus display by Torrance Fire Department and other agencies was to pay respect and honor to Rickey, but also to the incredible medical team who saved his life.
Here are a few pictures of their THANK YOU to the many doctors, nurses, RTs, OR staff, CMs, support staff and EVERYONE else for helping this man survive.
As we walked the hallways to the rescue unit waiting outside, the hospital staff lined them and clapped for him, but we clapped for THEM. Then we turned the corner and the firefighters lined the next hallways and either saluted or held their hands over their hearts.
The two ladies in the video are two of our very favorite nurses, Kayla and Katelyn, who came to see him off. Two of the many amazing nurses who assertively and diligently cared for him, but whom we’ve also become family with.
Our hearts are so full, they runneth over. We are honored and humbled to have so much support and love in so many facets. Thank you to all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very cool thing our friend Michael Speakman and Joyce Jones Speakman did for the 1st Responders.
What an awesome gesture and very cool how the community rallied around them for the cause!

Hoping everyone is staying safe out there!
We were informed today at 6:00am, that the job site would be shutting down for 30 days due to Covid-19 concerns. They asked us with less than 10 hours notice to finish today what was scheduled to be installed all next week. Our team stepped up to challenge and made it happen!!!! What a great team we have!!
