We hope this update finds you all healthy and strong. Your Health and Wellness Clinic team is here and continuing to provide the natural healthcare you have come to expect. We feel honored to be viewed as "essential care providers" and encouraged to keep our doors open.
We wanted to let you know of some changes we are implementing for the coming weeks:
-We ask that our patients remain in the vehicle until a few minutes before their appointment, allowing enough time to sign in.
- Patients will be sent to therapy rooms swiftly to maintain the advised 6 feet of distance from others.
-We ask that you not wait in the waiting room.
-If you have someone dropping you off for your appointment, we ask that they wait for you in their vehicles or out in the sunshine!
-We will be taking temperatures of every person that comes into the clinic. Those that present with an elevated temperature will be asked to stay home and advised to see their primary care provider.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. From all of us here, keep smiling, keep breathing.
Be Well,
Dr. Jenni Ricker, D.C.

Don't forget to stay active while working from home or staying isolated! Here are some quick ideas to help keep your body in motion while social-distancing:
-Yoga & Pilates! There are lots of online sources to find tutorials and classes that you can use at home. Some local yoga studios are also offering free social media classes, which you can offer a donation to if you're able to support local businesses.
-Take a walk! Whether you have a dog, a walking buddy, or some music to listen to- walking is a great way to stay active and the sunshine offers plenty of Vitamin D to keep you healthy.
-Bring that bicycle back out of storage! It's nearly springtime, the sun is shining, and riding your bike is a fun way to get some solo or family exercise in. Try a new local trail or just ride around your neighborhood.
-Try cooking something new! Now is a great time to try out those healthy recipes you've saved for when you have more time. Try baking some bread, or use a vegetable you've never tried before, or maybe use this time to incorporate more vegetarian meals into your lifestyle.
