The DeWeese Law Firm is pleased to offer their services to have your criminal record expunged. Whether you obtained a dismissal of your charges, a conditional discharge, a pretrial intervention dismissal or a conviction for a criminal charge or an ordinance violation, you may be eligible to have your criminal record expunged. Once you have been arrested and/or charged with a criminal offense, the charges remain on your criminal history, regardless of how the matter was disposed. Upon the expungement of your record, your criminal history will show no evidence of your charges, and you are entitled to answer questions on applications as to whether you have ever been arrested, charged criminally or convicted of a criminal offense with a response of "NO". Please contact our office if you are interested in having us determine whether you are eligible to file a Petition for Expungement: 609-522-5599.
