An Update from our Office:
Appointment times will continue to be extended and limited, in order to continue to maintain safety, cleaning and physical distancing protocols. Patient and staff safety continues to be our top priority. We thank you for your cooperation.
In order to maintain these standards:
👓 If you are a new patient, we are requiring that you fill out your new patient forms online.
👓 Masks or face coverings are required and must be worn at all times during your visit.
👓 Arrive for you appointment at your designated time. Do not come in early for your appointment. You may bring ONE companion to your appointment. All others are asked to wait in the car or remain at home.
👓 Maintain proper physical distancing protocols. Stay 6ft apart.
👓 If you have been sick, coughing, or have had a fever within the last 48 hours, contact the office so our staff can reschedule your appointment.
👓 Please inform our staff if you are in a high risk category when scheduling. They will be able to schedule you in appointment times that are best suited for you.
👓 To accommodate as many appointment requests as possible, contact the office 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. This will avoid the $100 cancellation/no show fee.
👓 When shopping for glasses, our staff will provide you with a tray to place all styles that have been tried on. It allows our staff to properly sanitize frames before they are placed back in the gallery. **If you do not plan on purchasing frames, please do not try them on.**
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office. Our staff is happy to help you!
We are excited to be seeing our patients again and thank you for you continued support!

Chronic dry eye can be extremely uncomfortable, but there are eye drops and other treatments available to combat this condition.
(the last Wednesday in September) is National Women’s Health & Fitness Day. It is very important for women to make sure they are getting an annual eye exam (regardless of family eye history, though you should be aware of your family eye history as well). Make sure to wear sunglasses when exposed to the sun, eat healthy and exercise, and use protective eyewear when necessary. It is so important for women in particular to be proactive about their eye health because 66% of vision impairment/blindness occurs in women. This is because women live longer, have a higher susceptibility to auto-immune diseases than men, are more likely to go through vision-impacting cancer treatments, and will experience changes in hormones (which naturally occur due to aging) that may impact vision. So, let’s create awareness about the importance of women’s eye health! You go girl! Schedule an exam with your eye doctor today.
