We are excited to announce that we are on a path of reopening our community. Together, we have adapted our normal practices to help protect each other. We have been moved by the many demonstrations of goodwill throughout this pandemic. Our first phase will consist of conducting scheduled tours of the community for prospective residents. These potential future neighbors along with our team members will wear face coverings as they tour and keep any touching of surfaces to a minimum. Please check your email for information regarding our amenities and service requests. We miss interacting with you and look forward to the day when we can once again get together.

We are thrilled to remind you that beginning tomorrow, Thursday, 11/5/2020 at 9:00am the buildings, breezeways and stairwells will be getting pressure washed. Please make sure to bring any rugs or decorations on your doors or in the hallways inside your homes to ensure they will not be damaged.

We would like everyone at Southgate Landing to know we are accepting new unwrapped gifts for the Toys For Tots Christmas program. Please help us in providing those less fortunate than ourselves to enjoy a toy for many days to come. You can call us in when you arrive at the office and we will meet you to collect the toy.
