Dr. Owen received her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She pursued additional training in an allergy and immunology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Owen is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
