This weeks staff highlight is one of our sales representatives AJ Garcia. AJ has been at Rouen for three years, but with being a second generation sales rep, he has been in the business for twelve years and counting. His favorite part of the business is helping his customers get into the vehicle of their dreams. When he is not working, he loves spending time with his family and friends and also traveling with his wife. A fun fact about AJ is that he has played the bass guitar since he was sixteen years old. This weeks staff highlight is our General Sales Manager, Rob Taylor. Rob has been with Rouen for 21 years which really speaks for his love for the car business. When Rob is not at work, he is attending his 4 kids sporting events like cross country, track, football, wrestling and also black belt tournaments for his daughter, Layla. A fun fact about Rob is that he won the Toughest Man of Toledo in 1999 and one of his dream cars is a purple Lamborghini (his daughters favorite color). Thanks for all you do Rob!
For this weeks staff highlight, we are featuring our shuttle driver Art Pacer. Art has been working for Rouen for 16 years now and his favorite part about the job is meeting new people and getting to drive and pickup new vehicles.
Art has 4 kids, 3 sons and a daughter, and he has 5 grandchildren. His favorite thing to do outside of work is to garden and continue to build his collection of diecast cars that has grown to be over 400🏎. A fun fact about Art, is that he is a HUGE Ohio State fan and you can guess that by the decor in the Pacer home. Thank you for all you do Art and for dedicating the last 16 years here, you’re appreciated!

Her favorite part about working here is the people she gets to work with everyday. When she is not at work she is spending time with her 14 year old son or spending any time she can outdoors and enjoying activities like gardening. Something that not everyone knows about Kerri is she served on the board of directors for the Open Door Ministry. Her favorite part about that role was helping others during the recovery process.
