My name is Scott Rosa, I am the owner and manager of Rosa Restoration. Together with my brother and Project Manager, Steve Rosa, my Office Manager JulieAnne, and a dedicated and long term (10-15 years) team of field technicians, we are here to serve you for the long haul. We have been in business since 1974. I have been here since the mid 1980s.
We handle all kinds of repairs, remodeling, and new construction. Anything from a small water spot on your ceiling, to rebuilding your entire house. We are preferred contractors for most of the major insurance companies for their fire, water, storm, and other types of claims. We have a long history in the West St. Louis County area. I grew up in Ballwin, Mo. on Kehrs Mill rd. I currently live in Defiance, Mo.
