Next Monday, September 28th, Michael Quatrini and Ron Fonner will be leading the course “Westmoreland County Workers' Compensation Practice 101”.
The course is designed to provide basic information regarding topics needed for the representation of individuals in workers’ compensation claims under the PA workers' compensation act. The course will take place at the Westmoreland Bar Association headquarters in Greensburg from 12:00pm -1:00pm.

Attorney Tereasa Rerko, a partner at QuatriniRafferty, was recently awarded a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution from California University of Pennsylvania. This program provides extensive education in all facets of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Ms. Rerko hopes to use the knowledge gained through the program, along with her more than 37 years of experience in practicing law, to expand her practice to include work as a third-party neutral in the mediation field.
Attorney Rerko also attended California University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate student, having obtained her BA in Political Science/Pre-Law there before moving on to obtain her JD from Duquesne University School of Law. Bravo, Tereasa!

Vince Quatrini was named as a recipient of the 2020 President's Award by the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group, at its 25th Anniversary convention. WILG is a nationwide network of injured worker advocates. Vince has been a member of the group since its inception in 1995 and is a regular speaker at WILG seminars around the country, from Florida to Santa Barbara, to New York. Currently, Vince is chairman of the WILG HiTech Task Force. The goal of the Task Force is to develop a national strategy to obtain electronic medical records from providers and hospitals at a significantly reduced cost. Bravo, Vince!
