Owens Companies, founded in 1957, pioneered many of the standards in practice today. We were the first single source commercial service contractor in the Twin Cities.

We put Air-conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Preventive Maintenance and Service under one roof. We also added Water Treatment, Design/Build Contracting and Energy Management services.

The Home Comfort Division, was formed in 2000 to bring the same depth and breadth of services to the homeowner.
