Outdoor dining is allowed by the County! So along with our patio we got a bit creative with the space around our building to offer our guests a different dining experience. Please come join us. Heading into the unknown 26 years ago today we opened up with big dreams and with a lot of support from family and friends. Wonderful timing with yesterday’s reopening of our dining area for our guests. Come celebrate with us and let’s start a new 26 year journey! Thank you all so much for your support! 🙏🏻
I’m sure you all know by now that we finally got the ok to open our dining room for a limited amount of guests at first. That said today will be your last chance to try Chef Oscar’s amazing dinner menu. So until we figure out all of the “Social Distancing Protocols” we will suspend dinners to make sure our guests have our utmost attention and safety. This is all new territory for all of us so once we get this all figured out, in the future we might resume the dinners again. So please be patient with us and the “New Standard” we all have to get used to for us to be able to make it happen and right for our guests. Thank you. The Omelette Factory Family. 🙏🏻

Monday night we definitely had Angels watching over us and one of them was City of Santee Fire Department! There was a small fire in our kitchen that could’ve been a lot worse. To everyone that reached out and offered help and to those that did we can’t thank you enough!! And along with our amazing crew and some long hours everything got squared away and we are ready to OPEN tomorrow! Thank God, God Bless and we’ll see you tomorrow. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
