After an amazing health fair (Covid Safe) event with so many great people we decided to take all the dinners we had left to the 3rd shift workers at Mercy Hospital. We figure it’s a full moon they may need it!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I truly love that I get to do this job! Thank you again to Kevin with VPA for helping so much!!!
Great event. Health Fair Grab and Go and dinner for two sponsored by The New England Club. Thank you to Kevin from VPA and Shelby with Grace Hospice for putting this together and holding the CEUs for the healthcare workers. We had an amazing turn out from some many nurses, social workers, caregivers, outreach partners, and so many more.
Today we had some Associate Appreciation events!! Car wash by the leadership team, baby picture guessing game and some really sweet treats from the leadership team to all the associates. Then they got beat by the Residents in a friendly game of Family Feud (the residents vs. the associates). So much fun!
What a beautiful day!!! We cherish those we love in every way. Happy 68th anniversary to this amazing couple. They are the best example of how to love whole heartedly. 68 years and going Strong!!!!! Mr. and Mrs. Stadnicar we are blessed to have you as part of The New England Club family!!

While we can't go to Music Hall, we can still enjoy Cincinnati Pops concerts in our beautiful theater room. The residents love this ❤️❤️❤️❤️
You never know what you see in the hallways here at the New England Club. Today was the best: a huge smile out on a chair outside her room!! Jane used to go to all the Cincinnati Reds Games and this year was unable to attend so her family had this picture made to remind her of the amazing times she had at the Reds Stadium (and we got the honor of her sharing the photo with us). This was actually from the Great American Ballpark where is was placed all season in her seat❤️❤️❤️❤️
Held our first Yoga class in awhile here at The New England Club. The residents loved it and they love the new instructor (from Summit Health Care) that came in to volunteer her services❤️❤️❤️

What a great Veterans Day at the New England Club. All the veterans came down and shared in some amazing breakfast (of course sitting their 6 foot distance) and a beautiful song by our own Veteran on staff Clark! Thank you to all that serve and served for our freedom. We are beyond blessed. 🇺🇸
Three New England Club residents have built a weaver's station in the hallways of the Third floor!
They get together each Tuesday to share some conversation and use their looms to make rugs, towels and other woven items.
Craig brought some of his looms when he moved here awhile back.
He still has one loom in his apartment and now a couple looms in the hall that he shares with anyone who would like to join.
His neighbor Don came out and joined him one day and learned to love it so much that they set aside time each Tuesday to weave.
Another neighbor, Mike, has now joined the two.
What a great way to share the love for creating beautiful woven goods and conversation! I am sure there will be many more to join in and share this passion in the future!!!

And today was the day...103 for Hazel!!! Thank you to everyone that did the drive by parade for Hazel and a huge thank you to the Anderson Township fire and ems services!!! We love you Hazel!!
Hazel is one of the best residents at The New England Club. She keeps the spirit of so many alive and happy!! Such an inspiration to the staff at New England Club and we love you dearly Hazel!! Happy 103rd Birthday Hazel!!! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your big day!
