September is Self-Care Awareness month! This is a time to remember that although it’s nice to be there for others, it’s just as important to be there for ourselves as well. 2020 has thrown many obstacles our way & sometimes it may feel overwhelming to adjust. Self care knows no boundaries, you can benefit from practicing different techniques that cater to you on a daily basis. Try to take 2 days out of the week this month to do something you personally enjoy!
