Mr. Key is considered a legend at the Metropolitan Police Department due to his ability to understand police science and apply creative problem solving solutions to address crime and societal issues. Mr. Key was the youngest person to ever be promoted to the ranks of Lieutenant and Captain in the history of the Department; achieving the rank of Lt. at the age of 27 and Capt at 30.
