It's Floss Friday!
1. Plaque Acts Quickly: Skipping a few days allows bacteria the perfect amount of time to solidify.
2. Your Gums will Stop Bleeding: If you remove bacteria from the gum line, your body won’t send blood cells to the area to fight the infection.
3. The Rest of your Body will be Healthier: Heart disease, stroke, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and even respiratory disease have all been linked to gum disease.
4. Your Teeth will Stay strong: Remove bacterial buildup in those hard-to-reach areas, and you’ll save yourself the pain of getting a cavity!
5. You're Flossing for Two: Pregnant women have an extra reason to floss: Gum disease is linked to premature and low-weight birth.
That's the great thing about life!
When you tell them its time for their regular visit to Cornerstone Dental 😊
We take x-rays routinely to make sure we aren't missing anything deeper than the eye can see from the surface of your teeth. They're nothing to be alarmed over!

A little about our newest partner, Dr. Gardner! She loves dentistry, helping people overcome their fears of dental work, and inspiring change in behaviors. Her goal is to help people achieve oral health, and then motivate and educate them to maintain that health. She looks forward to treating families for years to come, and creating beautiful smiles that last a lifetime.
