Check out Attorney Jay McCloskey's recent interview on WCSH 6, where he weighed in on the likelihood of a death penalty sentence for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev:
"Victim Martin Richard's parents came out against the death penalty for Tsarnaev. A poll for The Boston Globe found that only 15 percent of people in Boston and 19 percent in Massachusetts favored the death penalty for Tsarnaev.
'I think that might be pretty persuasive with the jury if victims themselves or some of the victims do not want the death penalty. It would seem to me that that would carry some weight,' said McCloskey."
