You will receive notice in the mail with your new court date. If you have an attorney, your attorney will be notified of your new court date. Please contact your attorney for this information.
We will still hold jail arraignment on Thursday mornings.

Just in: Houston County Superior Court Chief Judge Edward Lukemire has issued an order modifying court proceedings in Houston County.
*All jury trials in the Superior and State Court are postponed until May 1, 2020.
*Proceedings of the Houston County Grand Jury are suspended for the months of March and April.
