Needed this laugh today, maybe you too?!
It is our commitment, as healthcare providers in the community, for our office to remain open with regular office hours. Since changes in city, state, and federal mandates could alter our office hours, please call our office before coming in.
The following procedures will be implemented in order to minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19.
• We will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date if you or someone you know may have been exposed to COVID-19. Furthermore, if you have a fever, cough, or soar throat, please stay home and call us to reschedule.
• The number of patients in our office will be minimized. Please limit family members to the patient plus one person. We are asking that other family members not receiving care either stay at home or in their vehicle. Furthermore, we may ask you to wait in your vehicle until our staff can assist you during busier times of the day.
• Patients are asked to wash their hands upon entering the office. Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the office
• Exam rooms and equipment are disinfected between patients. Additionally, surfaces and doorknobs will be disinfected multiple times daily.
• Contact lens orders may be placed over the phone and shipped to you.
• We can deliver contact lenses, glasses or repairs to your vehicle. Call when you arrive.
• Our office will continue to abide by local, state, and federal health recommedations Please understand that our policies may change with new developments.
Our office appreciates your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
We pray that our patients stay safe and healthy!
Thank you.
