InSpiring individuals to awaken their full potential, InSpiral Yoga offers a safe, open approach to physical and mental wellness that focuses on mindful movement, breath control, meditation, and music. InSpiral was born from that idea to serve the people in the New York City community and people from the big metropolis by providing them with the tools to free themselves from the rigidity of the "linear" urban life. InSpiral springs from the nature of our own body, striving to awaken individuals from within so that they can inhabit themselves fully. This embodiment creates an open path and disposition to train the most powerful "muscle" of all; our minds. In essence, InSpiral mirrors the movements of nature, the rhythm of the heartbeat, and the sounds seeded on the breath.
