The past few months have been very difficult and challenging for everyone, and will continue to pose unprecedented tests of sacrifice, endurance, and resilience for every household and business within our community. My Team and I have additionally struggled with the inability to provide regular care for our wonderful patients. We are so excited to see you soon! 💞
🙌 I share your strong desire to get you in for your appointment as soon as possible. Upon reopening, we will be working additional days and hours to accommodate our patients. However, due to the number of rescheduled appointments, there will be fewer appointment options for the first few weeks of our return (when compared to our pre-COVID-19 schedule). We thank you in advance for your flexibility and understanding.
📅 Beginning Wednesday, May 27th, we will start texting and/or calling our patients to reschedule missed appointments on a first-canceled-first-rescheduled basis. ‼️You do not need to call 📵 us to reschedule. Please wait for us to contact you.‼️ Our goal is to contact all patients by June 4th. I believe this is the fairest and most efficient strategy for meeting everyone’s needs of getting their treatment back on track.
🧼 We will be sharing additional office safety protocols prior to your appointment. Thank you 💖 again for your patience and flexibility needed over the next few weeks to ensure I can see every patient in a timely manner.
P.S. Flossie, our office therapy 🐶 dog, received her certification at the beginning of March. She is excited to meet all of you, but due to COVID-19, her start date at the office needs to be temporarily postposed until further notice. 🐾

Patient compliance with our COVID safety guidelines has been OUTSTANDING! 🙌 And with cold and flu season upon us, we can’t stop now! 🤧🤒 Battling COVID is a team effort and we remain dedicated to monitoring team member and patient health screenings while adhering to strict office sanitation and COVID protocols for all patients and team members. 👍
For the safety of our patients, team members and community, we ask that you please call or text our office to reschedule 🛑 your appointment if experiencing any of the following:
❌Congestion/runny nose
❌Hot/feverish
❌Cough
❌Sore throat
❌Nausea or vomiting
❌Body or muscle aches
❌Fatigue
❌Shortness of breathe or difficulty breathing
❌Recent loss of taste of smell
❌If you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 2 weeks of your appointment.
❌Patients who are well but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 will be asked to reschedule their appointment 14 days out.
