CAPACITY AND SCHEDULE CHANGES!!
Dear students:
we had the great news that the state government allowed us to increase our capacity for up to 75%. This means more spots to be available now for the LIMITED CONTACT CLASSES. Reminding you that we still have the NON CONTACT classes as you see on the schedule.
On Saturday the 26th, 11am for now on it will be LIMITED CONTACT class on MAT 1. 11:30am on MAT 2 will be NON CONTACT CLASS.
We are excited to have more people on the mats and don't forget to book your class in advance.

Hello everyone, we are here today to announce to everyone that, following the state new guidelines,we are taking one more step for a gradual and safe way back to some normalcy: all LIMITED CONTACT classes won’t required pre booking ( the non contact classes will need the advanced booking due to spacing).
Now the adults students will be taking their own cards and dropping at the box at the front desk before the class starts. Kids won’t be handling the cards yet for safety reasons.
Needless to say, the enhanced cleaning procedures, masks, social distancing for spectators and water fountain of limits will still be observed. Can’t wait to see you all on the mats as always!

Dear, GB Texas family: 2 really important announcements.
1- due to the Houston Open this Saturday,nov 14 th, all Jiu-Jitsu classes, kids and adults will be suspended. All coaches and professors will be there all day since 9 am. The MUAY THAI CLASSES WILL HAPPEN normally on its normal times.
2- the upcoming Friday 11 am NO GI class will be a MIXED class. Gi and no Gi in both areas to have our competitors have their last session before the open. Please share this news on your social media’s and spread the word.
