Good morning customers. As many of you have seen our communication hasn’t been our strong suit during this crisis due to the inability to have all 4 of my phone lines running and have been limited to 1 line and 1 person answering 100s of voicemails. I am sincerely apologetic for this. We have been trying our best with the crumbs we have been given. With that being said I am thinking of the many customers who have helped me during this time and it truly brings tears to my eyes. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me, and our small business, through this crisis. At times likes these we must team together in order to get through it. Once again thank you for being good people. God is good.
Good morning customers. Just an update: our office is down due to no gas (I.e no electricity). I am working from my cell phone. If I do not answer that means I am on the other line. Please leave voicemail. I am experiencing a very high volume of calls. I ask that you please be patient. For the majority of calls we have been receiving, the generator has shut down due to low oil. Please look at the prior post on how to check is and change it. Please keep in mind that this is an engine and when running continuously, needs continuous care. We recommend checking the oil and giving the generator time to cool off every 24 hours. Once again I appreciate that patience. We are ALL in unchartered territories.

What is the safest room in your home in case of a storm? Make a list of repairs that might need to be done around the house or landscaping after this winter storm we've had!
