NOW ON TAP: PEACH PIE SMOOTHIE SOUR
All the peaches made their way into this delicious sour beer take on a classic dessert – peach pie! Brewed with about 300# of peaches, lactose, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Expect an opaque pour with a white head. Aromas of fresh peaches, apples, pie crust, vanilla, and a kiss of cinnamon lead the way to a flavor much the same. Big notes of juicy, sweet pie-filling-like peach, along with a subtle biscuit/crusty note, and the vanilla rounds things out. this beer was brewed much like our bumbleberry pie sour, but with a heavier amount of lactose for a fuller, creamy mouthfeel, and a hint of sweetness

We're celebrating IPAs this week at the Brewhouse. Our Brewery just released this amazing La Niña IPA. This IPA is the counterpart to El Niño IPA. A bold, fruit forward West Coast IPA. What El Niño brings in Pine and Resin, La Niña brings in Tropical Fruit, Melon, and Ripe Berries. Lighter in color and slightly less bitter, but just as potent. ABV: 7.4% | IBU: 60

NOW ON TAP: GALE FORCE CRANBERRY ALE
A rich, very dry, strong Belgian ale w/ lots of yeast character – citrus, clove, black pepper plays host to over 300# of cranberries. It pours a pink-red color and the tart fruitiness of the cranberries plays lead while the rest of the yeast character plays support role. Quite easy to drink for how strong it is, this one can sneak up on you like a November gale.

RELEASING MONDAY from our Brewery: Barrel-Aged Dark Days Russian Imperial Stout!
The Dark Days are behind us. This Russian Imperial Stout was brewed with a wide variety of grains for a lot of complexity and then let mellow in bourbon barrels for 13 months. It pours jet black with a dark tan head that sets up slowly, due to the thickness of the beer. Notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and a light herbal hoppiness hit you on the nose, while a huge, thick mouthfeel brings more of the same and adds big notes of burnt sugar, dark caramel, dark pit fruits, and molasses. It’s slightly warming on the palate, but not overly so. We boiled this for over 4 hours to achieve lots of kettle flavors and to up the ABV.
We aged this version in bourbon barrels from Kentucky Heaven Hill
Distillery. This brings big notes of whiskey, vanilla, a hint of coconut, and oak. We pour it in a 10-ounce snifter at the bar and we have a limited release of 750mL bomber bottles for sale.
ABV: 11.1%

We're down to our last remaining bottles of our amazing Brett Saison, aged in white wine barrels--a Fitger's Brewhouse exclusive. This is a take-your-time classic saison. It's a sipping beer. And it tastes amazing.
Our classic saison is brewed with a variety of Belgian malts, French hops, and aged in white wine barrels with our house Brettanomyces culture. The result is a bright, spritzy beer with fruity notes of white grape and citrus that play nicely with a balanced, funky, earthy Brett character. A hint of warm oak and a dry finish round out this very special, limited release ale. 750mL bottles are available in the Beer Store and up in the restaurant for $20. Pick one up for an occasion. Your friends will thank you.
