Evan M. Graboyes, M.D., is a head and neck oncologic surgeon specializing in microvascular free flap reconstruction. Born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Graboyes graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with degrees in philosophy and public policy. He then moved to St. Louis where he completed his medical degree and residency from Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship in head and neck oncologic and reconstructive surgery at MUSC., Dr. Graboyes’ clinical practice is focused on the removal and reconstruction of benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck. Specific areas of expertise include regional and microvascular free flap reconstruction for tumors of the oral cavity, pharynx, and larynx; advanced melanoma and nonmelanoma skin cancers; and lesions of the salivary glands., Dr. Graboyes is a member of numerous national committees for the American Academy of Otolaryngology--Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Head and Neck Society. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
