In 2015 I just recovered from knee surgery and I started plowing snow at UConn and doing construction work. Most people wouldn’t be able to be a star athlete on campus and go back up there and hop in and out of machines. Students would see me and say “Andre, what are you doing man, your not on a NFL team?” I learned how to put my pride to the side a long time ago. I had to make money to pay bills and I didn’t have enough clients to only do personal training. I didn’t have anyone I could contact for help and I didn’t want any handouts. I purchased a box and filled it with training materials. I would meet my clients at parks, fields or any patch of grass. I also rented space at @ironforzion. I was motivated and always believed I can get anything done. This is a picture of me meeting @max44delo at Sage park to get him ready for a tryout. I always gave my clients everything I had and that hasn’t changed a bit. Going from working out of a box to having my own building is a testimony in itself. I went through the grind!! I really paid the cost to be the boss!! #DSP #humbleandhungry
