I heard an odd sound come from the condenser on my new Trane a/c unit. I called Lance Hebert and he asked that I call his office and have the on call tech come check it out. I received a call right away to say that I was second in line and the tech would be at my home shortly. The tech showed up listened to my description of the sound the unit made and let me listen to a sound on his cell phone. It sounded similar to my description. The tech checked the condenser quickly and assured me that the sound was nothing to worry about. I commend Desormeaux’s Heating & A/C for quickly taking care of me and my family.
