On August 1st, the friends and family of one of our longtime employees are holding a drive-thru benefit dinner to help with his battle against cancer. It will be held at the Bayview Park shelter house and run from 12:00pm until sold out. Stop by and get a chicken dinner if you can. Any donations will be accepted.

To all our customers: As we are a sanitation company, we are deemed an essential business and will continue operating as normal on our daily schedule. We do ask that customers limit their visits to our office to pay bills as much as possible. Our office will remain open, but we ask if possible that you try to conduct any necessary transactions over the phone or on our website for no additional charge. You can reach our office at 419-684-9797. If you would like to mail your payment and it is after the due date, we will not consider it late.
We also ask that all of our residential garbage pickup customers bag all of their trash so our drivers come into as little contact with germs as possible. We thank you for your cooperation.

In observance of Thanksgiving Day, we will be closed on Thursday the 26th. If your residential trash pickup day is Thursday, please put your trash out on Friday morning (the 27th) and it will be picked up. Every other day of the week will remain the same. Our office will be closed and we will not be picking up trash on Friday December 25th in observance of Christmas. We will be picking up the Friday trash pickups on Saturday the 26th. If you are normally a Friday pickup, please have your trash out on Saturday morning. This schedule will be repeated the following week in observance of New Years Day as well. All other days of the week will remain the same.

To any customers who need to contact the Cyclone Services office the week of January 18th, we currently have a severely short staffed office due to health issues. If you're trying to call, please be patient. If you leave a message we will get back as soon as we can. Please bear with us as we try to work through this.
Due to inclement weather conditions, we will not be hauling on Tuesday, February 16th. Weather permitting, we will try to haul Tuesday stops on Wednesday, although if you can wait until next Tuesday, that would be greatly appreciated. The roads are forecasted to be covered in heavy drifting snow for the remainder of the week, so please be patient with our drivers. We will do our best but we value our driver safety above all.

Starting overnight, the local area will be experiencing very high winds. Depending on your area, our drivers hauling trash on Friday may lay your can down off of it's wheels, or in a grassy yard area to minimize the wind blowing empty cans into the street. We'll try our best to secure your can in your driveway or yard but if you're home after it's hauled, we would recommend bringing it up to your house as soon as you are able. Stay safe!
