At Checker Transport, We love to support locally owned and operated businesses like ourselves! The current state guidelines for COVID-19 will allow bars and restaurants to open at limited capacity starting February 1st.
In celebration, Checker wants to thank our community and businesses for their efforts throughout the pandemic! On Tuesday February 2nd, we will be offering FREE rides within the Marquette city limits to and from local bars and restaurants from noon-8pm. All you have to do is present your local business receipt!

Please join us on Thursday March 25th from 4-7pm for a "to go" Chili benefit dinner for our great friend Mark Schwanke. Mark has been a part of our Veridea family for years. He means the world to us and we are grateful for the opportunity to get together on his behalf.
We will be following COVID protocols and all Chili served will be in "to go" containers for convenience.
If you are not able to attend but would like to donate to our event please drop any donations off at either the Country Inn and Suites or the Staybridge Suites of Marquette.
