Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
We specialize in caring for complex, high-acuity rehab patients that require the skills of highly trained nurses and therapists. We provide excellent short-term skilled nursing care for those recovering from an illness or injury and who are not yet ready to return home. We are experienced in caring for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and needs: orthopedic surgery, wound care, stroke, cardiac, COPD, CHF, IVs including TPN and drip medications, and trach care.
We also specialize in post-hospital rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our customized outcome-oriented therapy programs help patients rebuild the strength, function, and mobility needed for a successful return home.
