I was very impressed with my overall experience at CBA. The office staff were very courteous and helpful. The waiting area was clean and had a nice atmosphere. My car repairs were done quickly, but I didn't feel like I was simply another number being rushed out the door. I especially appreciated the detailed report from my car maintenance and inspection, along with the estimates for recommended future repairs. I felt like communication was open and honest, not like CBA was trying to get as much money from me as possible. Thank you!
