My name is Caroline Sabi, and I am a licensed professional counselor. I earned my bachelor’s degree in the field of psychology from UC Berkeley and my master’s degree in the field of counseling psychology from Lewis & Clark College. My philosophy as a therapist is primarily focused on core transformation rather than merely symptom management, and needless to say, I strongly believe in the centrality of the therapeutic relationship as a significant healing agent. Moving towards our wholeness necessitates the courage to first move into the wounded parts that we all have as members of the human species. I call the psychotherapy that I do “healing into wholeness” because I view our wounds as the stepping stones taking us back to our wholeness through a process of integration. Therefore, there is sacredness to our wounded parts.
