Join us at Grace at the Carnegie Inn at 6 pm on Saturday October 17th to experience an incredible wine pairing dinner!
This event will feature four classic varietals, each compared with their counterpart grown across the globe. Let yourself be the judge as we explore the differences effected by wine-making tradition, weather, and terroir.
This exciting lineup will be complemented with an extravagant four course menu created by Chef Kendeffy.
Menu
First Course:
Chilled Lobster with confit pears served with a lemon and thyme viniagrette.
Pinot Grigio vs Pinot Gris
Second Course:
Butternut squash risotto with autumn spiced creme fraiche
Bourgogne Blanc vs Chardonnay
Third Course:
Choice of Tenderloin of Beef OR Filet of Halibut
Both options are served with beurre rouge and Pennsylvania mushrooms
Bordeaux vs Merlot
Fourth Course:
Crepes stuffed with chocolate cognac mousse and served with ganache.
French Syrah vs Californian Syrah
All attending guests must be at least 21 years of age to partake and must bring valid identification. Tickets are $150 per guest and includes applicable tax and gratuity.
