Reflexology is the ancient art of mapping points on the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs and systems of the body. These
‘mirrors’ or ‘reflections’ are manually stimulated similar to a deep foot ‘massage’. With me, the reflexology follows a footbath that amplifies your bio-electric field and when combined together the session provides a sense of detoxing and relaxation while reclining on an infrared mat and enjoying a serene ambiance.
Reflexology—This is where I put coconut oil, some nice essential oils on my client’s feet, and utilize the principles of reflexology that I picked up when I lived in Asia for 20 years. All of the different systems in your body are all reflected on the feet, that’s why its called reflexology. Thesame principles apply to your hands, and ears.

We are down to the last few minutes of this 35 minutes session where we have done this Ion Cleanse Footbath with Debbie and I just wanted you to see the color of the water. There are some bubbles there is some stuff floating on top, there is a ring of debris around the edge and in a minute we are going to be rinsing her off, cleaning her up and we’ll see you back with Debbie in the reflexology chair.
