Quick update on our ongoing renovation:
We are just about finished with the first phase of our renovation. That consists of installing new bath tile and floor tile in all of our rooms.
The next phase (to begin shortly) is replacing our existing AC/Heating Units with ceiling mounted VRF system.
The crews will then follow up with wallpaper, plumbing, and electrical to accommodate our new furniture. New furniture is being built but is still a few months out.
