Today, Brandon Rumbaugh from BRS and Ryan Shazier from the Pittsburgh Steelers went to Ohio to visit a young woman who recently lost both of her arms and legs.
Brandon and Ryan wanted to offer their support and make sure she has everything she needs to get back to doing what she does best, HELPING OTHERS!!

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced Westmoreland County has moved to the "Yellow Phase" & will begin cautious reopening at 12:01am on Friday, May 15, 2020.
Starting today, May 18, 2020, our BRS, LLC staff are back working in our office.
We are practicing safe social distancing, wearing masks, & sanitizing our whole office to keep our staff & their families safe.

Chipotle – Outparcel at Westmoreland Mall, Greensburg PA 15601
Brandon Rumbaugh Solutions, LLC (BRS) is the engineer of record for the Chipotle outparcel development near the JCPenney wing of Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg, PA. The subdivided parcel is known as CBL Westmoreland Mall Parcel C-1 and is 0.946 acres. The landowner and developer for the project is CBL/Westmoreland LP. BRS performed boundary, topographic, utility, as-built, and record surveys as well as prepared pad certifications. Design services included parcel subdivision, sewage planning, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, site infrastructure and utility design. BRS coordinated the planning process through municipal coordination and consultation. Lastly, BRS provided services during construction that included construction stakeout, inspection, shop drawing and pay request reviews, and construction coordination.
