What a ride these 11 years have been! We were all set to make 2020 our best year yet in providing exceptional therapeutic health care to YOU! Sadly, despite our best efforts, one of the realities of this new world is that we will be closing the doors of Blue Creek on December 31, 2020. This was previously unthinkable and an incredibly difficult decision to make. While we grieve the end of this chapter, our hearts are full from all the truly amazing people we have met along the way!
