Our Veterinary Hospital is looking for an extraordinary, energetic, mature, flexible and passionate Full-Time Receptionist and Kennel Tech. We are seeking candidates with the drive and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment and grow with our facility. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

This Fur Baby Friday is starring Ludo- a 9 month old Labrador Retriever with some big paws to fill! Ludo belongs to Canine Companions for Independence, a non-profit organization that provides highly skilled assistance dogs to disabled people at no cost to them.
Ludo will live with our Veterinary Technician Olivia for approximately 18 months where he will learn 40 different commands and important public access skills. He will then return to the CCI campus in California for 6 to 9 months of disability specific training. After training, he will be paired with a disabled person who needs him!
Ludo is the 4th service dog that Olivia has raised and trained. He brings plenty of smiles to all who meet him, and is well known with the staff at BSAMC.
In 2021, we want to make sure you get the opportunity to get acquainted with our superstar staff members. We are bringing back Meet The Team Monday- starting with receptionist Ashley.
Ashley came to us in July, and quickly made herself an integral member of the Client Service team. Her favorite part about working at BSAMC is the opportunity to love on all the dogs and cats that walk through our door. Outside of her job, Ashley enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her own canine companions and her husband. Thanks for all your hard work, Ashley!

Here's a heartwarming story that we would like to share about how important it is to microchip/register your pets!
A good Samaritan brought Blue in over the weekend to be scanned for a microchip. Blue had been missing for 2 whole months, and thanks to his microchip, was reunited with his family on Sunday. His family had been missing him, and they are happy to have him back home! They gave us permission to share Blue's story, in the hopes that encouraging microchips will help another lost pet in the future.
