Our Hotel Housekeeping Team Members are responsible for ensuring a safe and clean experience for our hotel guests. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cleaning guest rooms and Public areas as assigned.
Thorough cleaning of bathrooms, sleeping and lounge areas.
Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
Checking closets for cleanliness, wiping closet doors, handles and overhead shelves and restocking closet supplies (e.g., hangers, extra blankets, extra pillows).
Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies, sweep, scrub and mop floors.
Have the ability and willingness to perform physical tasks that are necessary to perform duties efficiently, such as, but not limited to: Bending, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs, extending arms over head, and climbing stairs.
Ability and willingness to follow established protocols for working with cleaning chemicals.
Possessing basic knowledge of standard cleaning equipment.
Report broken items to maintenance.
Report lost items to front desk.
Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability and willingness to communicate courteously and effectively with guests and other team members.
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Always present a professional image through your actions, appearance and dress.
