Until this pandemic is over we are conducting business a little different. To protect our clients and our staff we are restricting clinic access to staff only.
Please call our clinic to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, and order food and supplies.
> You must tell us if you or anyone in contact with you has been ill or been tested for the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).
Call us from the parking lot to let us know when you arrive and our staff will be out to admit your pet or deliver your supplies.
> We know that cell phone service can be spotty in the parking lot.
> Our phone lines are very busy right now because of the high volume of calls.
> If you cannot get through you can knock on the door.
> Please step back outside the box on the sidewalk when we come out to talk to you.
You will have several opportunities to talk directly with the doctor during your appointment.
> We will be wearing masks. We would appreciate it if you wear a mask also.
We are taking payment over the phone or you may request an invoice and mail us a check.
We apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience as we navigate these extraordinary times. It is our goal to continue to provide you with exceptional care and keep us all safe and healthy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you are a client at Phoenix Animal Hospital or the Talent Best Friends with an ill animal or you have found an ill or hurt animal, we will see you.
We ask that you don't call our clinic to schedule routine appointments at this time. Please call to schedule appointments for ill pets, puppy and rabies vaccines, and to refill critical medications (steroids, heart medications, etc.)
Please continue to monitor our Facebook posts for updates and our website www.poetpets.com.
Thank you for your continued support and please stay safe.
