The Nunes Agency was originally founded by Alfred A. Nunes and was incorporated in 1950 as the A.N. Nunes Agency. Al Nunes ran the agency until David E. Bates joined the firm in 1979. Senator Bates purchased the agency in 1982 and the agency merged with the B.W. Wall Agency in 1994. The agency staff has over 140 years combined experience in the insurance industry.
