For nearly a decade, I've been privileged to work with the foster and victims of crime populations, elementary, middle and high schoolers, individuals of all ages and families.
I've developed skills on valuable approaches of therapy including EMDR, mindfullness, narrative and expressive arts. I've been trained at John F. Kennedy University, San Diego University of integrative Studies, Naropa University, EMDR Institute, and Bodhi Manda Zen Center with late Rinzai teacher Joshu Sasaki Roshi.
