Have y’all met Beaux Hays? He comes to us from Shreveport, La. He’s been our GM in Covington for a few months now and has been rocking at this job. Today he’s helping make a last-minute catering order of individually packaged meals for a local middle school. Due to Covid guidelines, everything must be individually packaged, which is a lot of extra work for our staff. But with awesome experienced managers like Beaux we can rise to the challenge every time.
Side note: we will be CLOSED this Thursday evening at 4pm to host a Rehersal Dinner. 🥂
